This new album from RBF inc. is what they are all about..here is the sound.. the people..the ideas..of a band who are no longer under the influence of anyone.
This is the third album to be released from RBF inc. when we first signed this band we were happy to describe their music as in between – new! – indie! – fresh! – and sounding a little bit like, The Choral and Flaming Lips. Yes, we were happy at that time to say these things. However,time changes and music changes, having listened to this new album we now see and understand that RBF inc. are indeed a very original band.
RBFinc. are a talented bunch of singer/songwriters who collaborate in the studio ..each bringing to the table their own songs and ideas..and then as a group..they add each others influences to the songs to bring them alive and to the finished stage before recording them. The band are based in London.UK….and have toured the UK and Europe.
Before being in RBFinc… all the band members were working in..or have been involved with well know bands and are much respected in the music arena. RBFinc. signed to Holy Grail Records in October 2010…bringing their compilation album “Five” to the label. This has proved to be a successful first time out for RBFinc. as the album has recieved very good press and radio reviews. The band are currently working on a follow up to “Five” which in its working title is called “Four”…..One thing is certain..the music of RBFinc. has captured the imagination of the music buying public..and we wish them more success as they progress.
